About Ningbo CCMS Industrial Our company, Ningbo CCMS Industrial Co. Ltd, is a specialized manufacturer of wax castings and CNC machined parts. Our ISO 9001:2000-certified casting factory has almost 25 years of experience, and can turn out 5,000 tons of castings per year. Powerful production capability
We have spectrograph testers to test chemical composition, testing hardness testers and eight electrical furnaces. We also have five casting surface clearing machines, including sand blasting machines and two heat treatment machines for casting. Nineteen CNC lathes, three CNC boring and milling centers, two general milling machines, two general lathes, one grinder, 10 sets drilling and tapping machines and two saws are also used. We use the following measuring devices: venire clippers, digital calipers, digital slide calipers, depth gauges, angle squares, external micrometers, micrometer standards, indicator dial micrometers, internal micrometers, granite tables, lever dial indicators, straight edges, thread gauges, pin gauges, machining surface quality testing machines and 3-D measuring systems.
